Below are some important things you need to know about your imagine LTE service, so please take a minute to read through: |

Your email: this is how we keep in touch with you and send you important information like your order confirmation, your bill, service updates, changes or notices. It's really important that you've given us a valid email address and mobile number. If these change then you need to let us know by sending your changes to ltequickchanges@imagine.ie and we'll update your account. Any information we collect in relation to you or your use of the imagine LTE service will be used in accordance with your Agreement with us. If you don't want us to contact you in relation to our products and services then you need to email us at ltequickchanges@imagine.ie and let us know.
Your contract: Your contract with us is for a minimum of 18 months from the date your service is activated and if you cancel during this time a cancellation fee of €100 applies. If you wish to cancel your service after the cooling off period, then you need to let us know giving 30 days written notice or just give us a call on 1890 929 139.
Equipment & Setup: LTE equipment is provided. It's a €100 installation fee for the engineer installation which you've paid upfront and there's a €50 connection which will be on your first bill. If you cancel the service, the equipment remains the property of imagine and you must facilitate the return of our equipment. If you fail to do so you will be charged for the unrecoverable equipment.
Service: Our service is subject to availability. This means whether we can provide your service depends on where your located. Broadband speeds are "up to" and depend on location, network usage and other factors. Please note the phone service depends on access to an electricity supply. In the event of a power failure or network interruption, you need to be aware that making calls or transmitting data (including access to the Emergency Services or Alarm monitoring services) may not be possible. In this event you should make alternative arrangements such as using your mobile phone.
LTE Pack: Our LTE Fibre speed broadband pack is "up to" 70Mb with a massive 20Gb of usage per day - that's about 2000 music tracks or 5 HD movies per day, every day. If you go over your daily usage allowance, we will simply slow your broadband speed down until midnight of that day where upon your data allowance and speed will be reset once again. Your imagine LTE service also comes with all your local and national calls for free as well as massive savings on other call costs. LTE pack inclusive calls are up to 60mins; redial before 60mins to avoid call charges. Calls outside of packs are charged at standard rates with a call set up charge and are rounded up to the nearest minute & cent. For our full pricing guide see imagine.ie/LTE Product & Price Guide/
Billing & Payment: Your bill will be issued monthly by email or if you'd like a paper bill just email ltequickchanges@imagine.ie. LTE pack charges are billed for 1 month in advance and all other charges are billed monthly in arrears. So your first bill will include a partial pack charge from when your service went live until the end of your first month plus 1 month's LTE pack charge in advance, the one off connection charge and any services you used during the month. We expect you to pay your bill by monthly debit only. Failure to pay your bill by monthly debit in full and on time will incur charges. Remember your monthly pack charge doesn't include things like charges for calls outside your pack, failed payment charges or reconnect charges. Terms & Conditions: As outlined at point of sale all services are subject to our imagine LTE terms and conditions of service & acceptable use policies, see imagine.ie/terms-conditions/ for more information. For your convenience, we will also email you a copy of the LTE terms and conditions of service. The LTE service and its prices, products, terms of service are subject to change. However, we will advise you of any changes before they happen in accordance with your Agreement with us.
