FAQs
Your Wi-Fi password is printed on the back of your router.
- If you have Imagine Fibre Broadband (Zyxel router), look for "Wireless Key."
- If you have Imagine Fixed Wireless (router with the orange button), look for "WPA2-Personal”
To connect, choose the Wi-Fi network that starts with "Imagine" and ends with your SSID number. Enter the password exactly as printed on your router.
If you're still having problems you can contact customer support at 1800 938 100 or support@imagine.ie

If your Wi-Fi isn't working, try these steps:
1. Check the Wi-Fi light – If it’s off, restart your router:
-> Unplug the power cable from the wall, wait 2 minutes, then plug it back in.
-> Wait up to 5 minutes for the router to restart.
2. Check cables & power – If any cables are loose or unplugged, reconnect them.
3. Check your device’s Wi-Fi settings – Make sure it’s connected to the correct network.
4. Check the signal light – If it's on, your router is receiving a signal.
More Wi-Fi support:
First, check if the issue is with your Wi-Fi or the internet connection itself:
1. Test with a wired connection:
-> Plug your device into the router using an ethernet cable and check your speed.
-> If speeds improve, the issue is with your Wi-Fi.
2. Common causes of slow Wi-Fi:
-> Background downloads (e.g., gaming consoles, cloud backups).
-> Distance from the router – Wi-Fi signal works best within 20ft (walls and obstacles can weaken it).
-> Your router’s Wi-Fi channel – 2.4GHz is better for long range.
-> You may need a Wi-Fi booster (available from most electronics stores).
3. Try restarting your router:
-> Unplug the power cable from the wall, wait 2 minutes, then plug it back in.
-> Wait up to 5 minutes for it to restart.
